Match up

I should be put to shame. I've written about 250 words in the past 3 hours. I actually have stopped writing about an hour and a half ago, and instead I've been on twitter, IFB, facebook, gtalk, you name it. I stopped at Vogue to take a look at some of the A/W 09-10 fashion shows and stumbled across Band of Outsiders and Koi Suwannagate.

When I first saw Band of Outsiders' collection, I thought "I wish boys in Cork would dress more like this." and it'll probably be a while for these styles to be the norm here. I wouldn't mind walking next to one of those guys.. They could be my lovers, or my gay best friends, I really don't mind either. The grey shaded Rubik's cube suit is beautiful, I'd love to own one for myself. The models were dressed up in beautiful suits, blazers and knits but it all seemed effortless. I admired both of their use of earthy tones, even though I'm usually more of a flashy colored person. The soft tones of greys, beige, cream complimented darker tones of navy and maroon in both designer's collections. Koi Suwannagate's designs are beautifully shaped and sculptured. I particularly like the first grey dress/top. Her silhouettes are very feminine as demonstrated in the lace maxi dress.

As part of my time wasting scheme, which I know I'll regret later, I thought it would be cute to match up the boy models in Band of Outsiders with the girl models in Koi Suwannagate's show. With the similar tones and everything, they could be matchy matchy couples. Who would you match together?
