My friend Jeff is sporting his own tshirt, jeans and beautiful sheep lined denim waistcoat. He also looks beautiful wearing my H&M snood, and my ‘blanket jacket’ from Camden Lock that’s accessorized with portrait badges from Camden Lock and Sunday Upmarket.
I stand next to him wearing Jeff’s covetable vintage knitted oversides cardi, and Fi’s grey faux fur scarf. I don’t look as beautiful as Jeff, but I sure wanted to steal his cardi. Notice my huge grin.. YES, I know I look ridonculous.
I love the androgynous look. I love power suits, clean lines, big shoulders (or shoulder pads) and a little waist. I also, love brogues. I basically love men’s looks and men’s clothes. I said love way too many times here.
It’s one thing working an androgynous look, and another thing wearing men’s clothing. I would love to be able to say, oh I borrowed this from a guy friend. But unfortunately, most guys I know are at the end spectrum of either skinny or big. For example, if I were to borrow my brothers tshirt, I’d be swimming in it.
If I were to trot myself into Topman, I know for a fact that non of their bottoms would fit me, with my huge ass. I like the idea of Boyfriend jeans. And I do have 2 pairs from All Saints, bought from the women’s department, which I rarely wear. I'd just like to know where else could I go?
So here are a few questions for you lady readers. Do you shop at men’s sections? And if so, where? Which men’s shops do the best ‘cuts’ or ‘fits’ for women?
And for all you men readers, do you shop in women’s sections? And if so, which women’s shops do the best ‘cuts’ or ‘fits’ for men?

PS. Jeff, along with 5 other boys are good friends of ours and are in the band Phosphorescent. That's so messed up that Phosphorescent's van got stolen! I really hope you hear something and get that gear back eventually!
